Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP / CF-SLP) – School-Based
Join a supportive School District in Bremerton, WA for the school year! Princeton Staffing Solutions is hiring onsite or hybrid licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP) for a full-time 37.5-hour-per-week School-Based W2 contract serving students ranging from Pre-School to High School. Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based Responsibilities
Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments
Complete Medicaid billing (if applicable)
Maintain therapy schedules and service logs
Participate as a related service provider in IEP meetings
Develop measurable IEP goals aligned with student needs
Provide direct therapy services (individual and group)
Deliver services across speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication
Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
Support AAC implementation and consultation when appropriate
Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
Active State License as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) through Department of Health
ESA Certification through Washington OSPI (Active or Initial/Conditional)
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CF-SLP) are encouraged to apply.
Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required. Clinical internship or practicum experience in a school setting will be considered for Clinical Fellows.
Experience with IEP development and compliance documentation
