Job description
Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. You will evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized care plan after evaluation, delivering care in a SNF setting and collaborating with families and the treatment team.
You will administer standardized assessments, conduct swallowing evaluations, and develop and monitor treatment plans to support patient progress and outcomes.
