Full Time | Day Shift | 5x8s or 4x10s
MLR is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. In this role, you'll provide exceptional assessment and treatment services for individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders. By collaborating with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals, you'll develop and implement personalized treatment plans that enhance communication and improve overall quality of life. Your expertise will truly make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve!
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of speech and language skills.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapy in a variety of settings, including one-on-one and group sessions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
Document progress and maintain accurate patient records.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Passion for helping others and improving their quality of life.
