Overview
PRN Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity in Shawano, WI with Continuum Therapy Partners for Shawano Health Services, Birch Hill Health Services, and Evergreen Health Services.
Responsibilities
Provide speech-language pathology services to residents in skilled nursing facilities.
Perform assessments and develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans.
Document progress notes and coordinate with the rehabilitation team and care providers.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers as appropriate.
Qualifications
Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
PRN employment status; ability to cover shifts as needed.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
