Job description
AIM — Empowering Success in Every Word
nCONTRACT OPPORTUNITY: Speech-Language Pathologist / SLP (1099 Independent Contractor)
nTacoma, Washington — Bilingual or Monolingual
nAIM (Assessment Intervention Management) isn't your typical services company. Recognized as a Best Place to Work, Top Workplaces honoree, and certified Great Place to Work, we've spent over a decade reimagining how special education services get delivered — pairing exceptional clinicians with purpose-built technology we design in-house. We build the systems that let therapists focus on what matters: students.
nBuilt in Texas, where we serve 200+ schools, AIM is now bringing that same model to the Puget Sound — and we're looking for Tacoma-area SLPs to help lead the way. If you're an experienced SLP who wants the freedom of independent practice with the backing of a creative, forward-thinking partner, let's talk.
