Job description
Inspired Home Health is seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing Home Health team serving the East Valley area of Maricopa County. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians who value flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful one-on-one patient care.
nAs a Home Health SLP, you'll help patients improve communication, cognition, and swallowing abilities in the comfort of their own homes while making a lasting impact on their quality of life.
nCompensation
nnCompetitive pay: $90–$120 per visit
nFlexible PRN/Part-Time scheduling

nnProvide skilled speech therapy services in patient homes throughout the West Valley
nEvaluate and develop individualized treatment plans
nAddress speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders
nCollaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and caregivers to coordinate care
nComplete accurate and timely EMR documentation
nEducate patients and families on treatment goals and progress
nHelp patients regain independence and improve overall quality of life
n nQualifications
nnCurrent Arizona Speech Language Pathologist license
nHome Health experience preferred
nExperience with EMR documentation systems
nReliable transportation and valid driver's license
nArizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required
nStrong communication and time management skills
nCompassionate, patient-centered approach to care
nFlexible schedule and ability to travel throughout the West Valley

nCandidates must successfully pass:
nnOIG exclusion screening
nMotor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
nArizona Fingerprint Clearance verification
