Job description
Pivot Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver assessment and treatment to patients at Pivot at Sorrento in San Antonio, TX. This PRN role requires CCC-SLP, current state license, and CFY supervision eligibility. You will screen, evaluate, and treat patients, establish goals, and develop individualized treatment plans.
You will supervise CFYs, interns, and rehab techs under state guidelines. The team values patient-centered care and collaboration with families.
