Job description
Avondale Health and Rehab is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to plan, organize, develop, and direct Speech Language Pathology services in line with federal, state, and local standards. The role includes travel between Avondale Health and Rehab and Dyersburg Health and Rehab to ensure high-quality resident care.
Responsibilities include delivering quality speech therapy, data-driven treatment planning, staff training, and compliant CMS documentation in NetHealth EMR.
