Job description
The Vet Service in Chicago seeks a Small Animal Medical Director to lead a four-doctor team in a newly renovated urban practice. This role combines senior clinical responsibility with mentorship, teamwork development and oversight of medical standards, while remaining actively involved in complex case management and routine surgery.
You will set clinical direction, mentor staff, manage complex cases, and strengthen client relationships to support the practice's growth.
