SMALL ANIMAL VETERINARIAN – DVM
Boca Raton, Florida
$150,000–$180,000 Salary + $5,000 Year-End Bonus
An independently owned, family-run veterinary hospital in Boca Raton, Florida is looking for a Small Animal Veterinarian to join its established and growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a veterinarian seeking competitive six-figure compensation, genuine work-life balance, generous time off and a supportive, collaborative practice environment .
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$150,000–$180,000 annual salary

$5,000 year-end bonus

WORK-LIFE BALANCE

Unlimited annual leave , provided it is requested with reasonable notice and used responsibly.

Your typical working week:
3 × 8-hour shifts
1 × 7-hour shift
3 Saturdays per month × 7 hours
That's approximately 38 hours per week .

THE ROLE
You’ll provide comprehensive small-animal veterinary care across:
Medical consultations
Surgical procedures
Dental care
Preventative medicine
Wellness examinations
Diagnostics
Ongoing patient management
Client education and communication

A licensed DVM/VMD

You’ll be joining a multidisciplinary team with experience across general practice, urgent care, emergency medicine and surgery .

The practice provides medical, surgical and dental care, preventative healthcare, wellness services and diagnostics .
