Job description
First Financial Bank is seeking a Senior Small Business Banking professional to grow core small business relationships. You will partner with leadership to execute consumer bank strategies, deepen client relationships, and coordinate loan origination and deposits while promoting cross-sell opportunities.
You will coach banking center teams, manage district activity, and cultivate partnerships within local communities to achieve regional sales goals.
