This full-time, first-shift role (with rotating Saturdays) puts you at the heart of our operation – helping ensure customers receive the top-tier service Grizzly is known for.What you'll do:This role keeps you moving and engaged from start to finish. If you enjoy variety, staying active, and seeing the impact of your work right away, this position delivers that every day. You will:Pick and pack orders with speed and accuracyPrepare shipments and verify order detailsAssist showroom customers by picking items, confirming accuracy, and loading purchasesLoad items into customer vehicles safelyStock and organize incoming inventoryUse forklifts, ladders, RF scanners, and warehouse softwareSupport special projects such as racking assembly, workflow improvements, and stock organizationCollaborate with various departmentsWhat we're looking for:Ability to lift 70 lbs. unassisted and stay active throughout the dayStrong attention to detail, especially when verifying orders and stocking inventoryA team-oriented attitude with a willingness to jump in wherever neededComfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quicklyReliability, punctuality, and a commitment to following established proceduresA friendly, customer-focused demeanor when assisting showroom visitorsEducation & experience:High School Diploma or GED required.Forklift, shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience preferredPrevious warehouse experience preferred, but not requiredBenefits:Medical, dental, and vision insurancePTO and paid holidays401(k) planFSA/HSA optionsDisability & life insuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Employee discountIf you're ready to bring your skills to a company known for quality, reliability, and exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
