Job description
ADT is seeking a Tech Engineer Team Manager in Alabama. You will lead a 10–15 person team of Tech engineers delivering both sales and technical services, including in-home consults, onboarding installations, and smart-home automation setup.
You will coach and develop staff, recruit new engineers, and drive growth with a mix of hands-on leadership and field activity. Base salary is disclosed with strong earning potential through commissions and performance incentives.
