Job description
ADT Security Services is seeking an experienced Tech Engineer Team Manager to lead a 10–15 member team of tech engineers in a hybrid sales and technical capacity. The role focuses on identifying customer needs, recommending ADT security and smart home solutions, and delivering a world-class onboarding and installation experience.
You will coach, hire, onboard, and retain top talent, drive performance across sales and operational KPIs, and foster a high‑performing culture within the team.
