Job description
ADT is seeking a Tech Engineer Team Manager to lead a dynamic team of 10–15 engineers in a fast-paced, customer‑facing role in Missouri. You will drive performance across sales and operational KPIs while delivering world‑class onboarding and installation experiences for ADT Smart Home solutions.
You will coach, mentor, and hire talent, conduct regular team meetings, and partner with local leadership to grow market share.
