We are a growing wholesale e-commerce company specializing in mobile devices and consumer electronics. Our success depends on accuracy, consistency, and quality. We’re looking for a dependable entry-level Quality Control Technician to help inspect and test devices before they are sold to customers.
No repair experience is required—we provide training for the right candidate.
As a Quality Control Technician, you will inspect, test, and evaluate cell phones and gadgets to ensure they meet company standards. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with electronics in a fast-paced warehouse or office environment.
Responsibilities
Inspect smartphones and electronic devices for physical condition
Test basic functionality (power, screen, buttons, cameras, speakers, ports, etc.)
Verify device models, storage capacity, and carrier status
Accurately grade devices based on company guidelines
Log inspection results into internal systems
Identify defective or damaged units and route them appropriately
Keep workstations clean and organized
Qualifications
No prior experience required (training provided)
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Comfortable handling small electronics
Ability to follow step-by-step procedures
Reliable, punctual, and able to meet daily productivity goals
Basic computer skills
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience with smartphones or electronics
Warehouse, quality control, or e-commerce experience
Interest in technology or gadgets
