Job DescriptionJob Description: Smile CDR Administrator / Platform Engineer

\ NWork Location: 100% Remote

Required Qualifications
\ N 5+ years of healthcare interoperability experience.
\ N 3+ years of hands-on Smile CDR administration or support experience.
\ N Strong knowledge of HL7FHIR R4, REST APIs, SMART on FHIR, and OAuth 2.0.
\ N Experience with JSON/XML and healthcare data exchange.
\ N Experience supporting production healthcare platforms and troubleshooting API integrations.
\ N Strong SQL and databasefundamentals.
\ N Experience with Linux and scripting.
\ N Preferred Qualifications
\ N Experience with CMS interoperability mandates and healthcare payer systems.
\ N Knowledge of Axway API Gateway and Apache Camel.
\ N Experience with cloud platforms.
\ N Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and GitLab pipelines.
\ N Experience with platform monitoring, incident management, and performance tuning.
