Job description

StocksToTrade, Inc. is seeking a structured SMS Compliance Lead to own TCPA-compliant SMS/MMS marketing across StocksToTrade and Millionaire Publishing, ensuring consent, quiet hours, STOP/START, and 10DLC compliance.

You will work with the Broadcast team, vendors like Twilio, Iterable SMS, and Lime, and collaborate with Legal/Compliance, Broadcast Ops, and RevOps to keep guardrails auditable and campaigns compliant.
