Job description
Entry-Level SMT AssemblerWe are seeking a motivated Entry-Level SMT Assembler to join our electronics manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembly, inspection, of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs). Previous SMT/manufacturing experience is helpful but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.The candidate ability to sit or stand for extended periods and to lift up to 25 pounds. Operate basic production equipment safely and efficiently. Stencil Pinter, Pick and Place machine, Reflow oven, PCBA.s clean machine. Comfortable using microscopes or magnification equipment. Plus other assembly tools and able to read and interpret assembly documents and engineering drawings.Education and Required SkillsHigh School DiplomaStrong computer and written skillsBasic mechanical aptitude and attention to detailGood hand-eye coordination and manual dexterityAbility to work with small electronic componentsAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsWork in Hi -Rel or relative environmentAbility to read and understand technical documents and drawingsGreat communication skills and ability to work both independently and team environmentKnowledge of IPC-A-610 standards, Familiarity with electronic componentsBasic soldering experience (a plus, but not required)Willing to train an enthusiastic applicant willing to learn a new skillThis position provides an excellent opportunity to begin a career in electronics manufacturing with opportunities to advance into SMT machine operation, inspection, or manufacturing engineering support.Salary Range - $45,000 - $50,000/annuallyEOE/Disability/VeteranThis position is onsiteWe offer a comprehensive benefit package including: Health Insurance, Dental and Vision, Life Insurance, Short and Long-Term Disability.
