SMT Hand Load OperatorWe are currently seeking an experienced SMT Hand Load Operator to join a production company in San Jose specializing in electronic components.Pay: $21.00–$30.00/hour, depending on experience Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM startResponsibilities:Hand load and place electronic components onto circuit boardsFollow production instructions and work ordersInspect components for quality and accuracyUse small hand tools and production equipmentMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow safety and quality proceduresQualifications:Previous SMT or electronics manufacturing experience preferredStrong attention to detail and good hand dexterityAbility to work in a fast-paced production environmentReliable attendance and a strong work ethic
