Job description
Catholic Charities Steuben/Livingston is seeking a Nutrition Navigator to support SNAP outreach and application assistance across the assigned county. This role focuses on increasing SNAP participation, building partnerships with local social services and delivering outreach materials to eligible residents.
The position is full-time with potential evening/weekend outreach events; strong organizational and communication skills are essential to succeed in this role.
