Job description
Community Health Centers of America is hiring an MD/DO to work in contracted skilled nursing facilities in the Modesto, CA area. You will diagnose and treat patients in the SNF setting, supervise NP/PAs, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.
Requirements include residency completion, CA MD/DO license, DEA certificate, 3 years of physician experience, and BLS/ACLS. In-person days, no evenings or weekends. Salary ranges from $300,000 to $350,000 per year with comprehensive benefits.
