Job description
Avir Health Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to serve as a clinical leader in a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will oversee admissions, discharges, stability checks, and condition-change evaluations, while supporting advanced care planning and comprehensive assessments.
The role includes prescribing treatments within scope and collaborating with the care team to ensure high-quality resident care. Minimum Texas APN licensure and a Master’s in Nursing are required.
