Job description
Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified Occupational Therapist candidates to join our dynamic team in a SNF setting. In this role you will evaluate and treat patients, develop plans of care, and set measurable, functional goals to support rehabilitation progress.
You will collaborate with facility staff, educate patients and families on injury and progress, complete timely documentation, and supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants to ensure high-quality patient care.
