Job description
Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified Occupational Therapist candidates to join our dynamic team in a SNF setting, evaluating and treating patients following an individualized plan of care.
You will provide exceptional patient and family service, collaborate with facility staff, document progress, and supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants as part of a growing clinical team. This role focuses on measurable outcomes, patient education, and ongoing quality improvement.
