Job description
Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified Physical Therapists to join our team in a SNF setting. You will evaluate and treat patients following an individualized plan of care, while providing excellent patient care and service.
Responsibilities include developing plans of care, setting functional goals, supervising assistants, and documenting progress to ensure quality outcomes for patients and families.
