TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a qualified professional to lead the SNF rehab department in Waldorf, Maryland. The position involves managing therapy scheduling, ensuring Medicare compliance, and overseeing staff development. The ideal candidate will hold a valid PT, OT, COTA, or SLP license and have requisite experience in SNF or post-acute rehab settings. Leadership experience is preferred. This role offers a compensation package of up to $93,600 annually.
