Job description

Evolve Therapy Services, LLC is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in Massena, NY. We offer Full Time, Part Time, or PRN positions to support high-quality resident care.

The role focuses on planning, implementing, and directing Speech Language Pathology services, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards and CMS expectations. Active licensure and CCC-SLP are required.
