Job description
Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. You will evaluate and treat patients in a SNF setting following an individualized plan of care after evaluation.
You will utilize standardized speech and language assessments, conduct swallowing evaluations, and develop treatment plans while monitoring patient progress and communicating with families and the treatment team.
