Job description
Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care in a SNF setting, ensuring high quality, patient-centered communication therapy.
You will administer standardized speech and language assessments, conduct swallowing evaluations, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and monitor patient progress while collaborating with families and the broader treatment team.
