Now Hiring: Snow Heavy Equipment OperatorsMinnesota winters don't mess around — and neither do we!We're gearing up for another Minnesota snow season and looking for reliable, experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our snow removal team.If you know your way around a machine, don't mind working when the snow starts flying, and take pride in getting the job done right — we want you on our team!Equipment Operators NeededFront-End Loader OperatorsTractor OperatorsSkid Steer OperatorsSmall Equipment OperatorsThe JobYou'll help keep the Twin Cities moving during snow and winter weather events. Duties may include:Clearing snow from parking lots, driveways, roads, and commercial propertiesOperating loaders, tractors, skid steers, and other snow-removal equipmentLoading, pushing, piling, and relocating snowPerforming basic equipment checks and reporting maintenance concernsWorking safely and efficiently as part of a winter snow crewResponding to snow events, including overnight, weekend, and holiday shiftsWhat We're Looking ForPrevious heavy equipment or snow removal experienceExperience operating one or more of the machines listed aboveReliable and dependableSafety-minded with a strong work ethicComfortable working outdoors in real Minnesota winter weatherFlexible availability, primarily overnight, during snow eventsValid driver's licenseAuthorized to work in the USWhat We OfferCompetitive pay $25-$45 / hour, DOESeasonal winter workPlenty of hours when the snow hitsWork with a hardworking, team-oriented crewSummer / Green season opportunities for dedicated operatorsIf you know how to run equipment, show up when it counts, and aren't afraid of a little snow, we want to hear from you!DJ's Landscape Management is a drug-free workplace.DJ's Landscape Management is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
