Job description
Apple Inc. in California is seeking a SoC Physical Design Engineer focused on Power Delivery to own partitioning, place and route from netlist to tapeout, with emphasis on automation tasks for Apple SOC.
The role collaborates with CAD/Physical Verification and Electrical analysis teams to ensure a robust power grid, develop scalable PD methodologies, and resolve flow issues across SOC partitions. Prior experience with TCL/Python scripting and block-level PD is essential.
