Job description
You Are Accountable is expanding in Southern California and seeks a Manager or Director to drive referral growth. The role scales with experience, and title, scope, and compensation adjust accordingly as you build a network of treatment centers, clinicians, and community partners.
You will work with leadership to own the territory, develop strategic relationships, and remain compliant while expanding the referral footprint in a dense recovery market.
