Job description

The ODP Group is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across multiple California regions (San Diego, Orange County, Los Angeles, Inland Empire). The role requires extensive travel and outside sales to mid-market accounts. Compensation is 100% commission-based with a non-recoverable $55,000 annual draw, paid bi-weekly, plus uncapped quarterly commissions.
