We're hiring: Social Brand Manager at Zion Springs | Hamilton, VA

Zion Springs is a relationship-strengthening brand on 24 acres in western Loudoun County. We're a premium all-inclusive wedding estate, a marriage and family retreat, and a working farm winery. Our guests come to us for the most important moments of their lives.
What you'll do
Lead our content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest, publishing 5+ quality pieces a week
Produce one 3–5 minute AI-assisted video each week that answers guest questions or tells a Zion Springs story
Host our wedding reception livestreams live on camera for the couple's remote guests
Post social content for the couple during the reception and capture warm, unobtrusive guest interviews
Manage our online community and respond to inbound engagement
Partner with our Revenue Director and Studio team to keep the pipeline full
What we're looking for
3+ years creating content for a premium lifestyle, hospitality, or events brand
Real comfort on camera as a live host, plus a strong written voice
Experience with live streaming, short- and long-form video, and AI scripting and editing tools
Analytical rigor and a habit of letting the data guide what you make next
Evening and weekend availability for receptions
Bonus: experience xhqgsiq marketing to high-income audiences in DC Metro / Northern Virginia

Full-time, hybrid in Hamilton, VA
Reports to the Revenue Director
$80,000–$90,000 base, 401(k), unlimited PTO, plus a performance bonus tied to wedding and retreat sales revenue
