Position Summary
Comfy Cubs is seeking a highly organized, creative, and results-driven DTC Social & Marketing Manager to support the execution of our direct-to-consumer marketing initiatives. This role collaborates with the Marketing, Creative, Product Development, and E-Commerce teams to execute the Company's DTC marketing strategy established by leadership.
This is not a traditional social media manager role focused primarily on creating and posting content. This is a hands-on DTC and e-commerce marketing position that requires experience working directly in platforms such as Klaviyo, Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
The DTC Social & Marketing Manager will coordinate social media, email marketing, influencer partnerships, paid advertising initiatives, and Shopify website merchandising with the primary goal of driving qualified traffic, increasing website conversions, and growing sales through the Comfy Cubs direct-to-consumer website. Success in this role will be measured by contributions to website traffic, conversion rates, campaign performance, and overall DTC revenue growth.

What You’ll Do
Manage and grow the brand's organic social media presence while ensuring social activity supports broader DTC and revenue goals
Run email marketing campaigns including the creation, maintenance, and optimization of Klaviyo automated flows and customer segments
Support Meta, Google, and TikTok advertising initiatives and coordinate creative assets, campaign needs, and performance reporting
Coordinate influencer and creator partnerships, including outreach, deliverables, timelines, content, and campaign tracking
Work directly in Shopify to update website content, collections, merchandising, promotions, product launches, and other DTC initiatives.
Track campaign performance and recommend improvements
Collaborate across departments to execute product launches and promotional campaigns.
Help optimize the customer journey across social media, email, paid advertising, and the Comfy Cubs website
Help drive more customers to our website and convert them into loyal fans
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing, DTC, or e-commerce experience.
Hands-on Klaviyo experience is required, including campaigns, segmentation, reporting, and preferably automated flows.
Hands-on Shopify experience is required.
Experience working with Meta Ads Manager and/or coordinating campaigns across Meta, Google, or TikTok.
Understanding of DTC marketing metrics such as conversion rate, ROAS, CTR, CAC, email revenue, and website traffic.
Experience coordinating influencer and creator marketing campaigns.
Ability to interpret marketing performance data and use it to make recommendations.
Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn and work across multiple digital marketing platforms.
Excellent organization, communication, and project-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
A passion for consumer brands, digital marketing, and e-commerce.
