Social Marketing Operations Engineer: Bellevue, WA
We are seeking a Social Marketing Operations Engineer with strong social media and Sprinklr experience to support our enterprise tech clients content amplification strategy across 8 social platforms automation and optimization of content workflows and management of digital communities This role bridges digital marketing technology and analytics enabling scalable and efficient campaign execution across social and content platforms
You Will:
Manage and optimize social media content across eight platforms using Sprinklr and Adobe Workfront, partnering with content and creative teams to amplify campaigns for channels with more than 800K followers.
Streamline content workflows by integrating AEM or other CMS platforms with Sprinklr, establishing governance and native-platform best practices, and owning end-to-end metadata tagging and quality assurance.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, using data and insights to resolve challenges, improve intake processes, and increase operational efficiency.
Analyze social performance through Sprinklr Analytics, Adobe Workfront, and Power BI; conduct A/B testing; monitor trends, sentiment, and brand mentions; and support customer engagement, influencer marketing, and social listening initiatives.
Skills You Will Bring:
3+ years of enterprise social media management experience across TikTok, Instagram, Threads, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other major platforms.
Hands-on experience with Sprinklr or an equivalent platform for social publishing automation, analytics, reporting, and YouTube content workflows.
Strong knowledge of platform best practices, cultural trends, creative content planning, paid social campaigns, performance marketing, and A/B testing.
Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills, including experience with tools such as Adobe Workfront, Microsoft Lists, Microsoft Project, or ClickUp.
Critical thinking, English fluency, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Effective Communication Skills, Customer Service Oriented, Teamwork and collaboration.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Strong intellectual curiosity and affinity to technology.
Exhibits attention to detail in day-to-day activities along with Problem solving abilities.
Technical curiosity and motivation to succeed. Well-rounded extra-curricular experiences, with demonstrated leadership.
Additional qualifications: Exposure to AI-driven marketing tools, chatbots, automated customer engagement, API integrations, marketing automation, data analytics, and basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher with a technology focus.
Majors include Math, Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Cyber Security, and others.
3.0 GPA or higher.
