Social Media & Creator Commerce CoordinatorWe are looking for a hungry, resourceful, and highly communicative Social Media & Creator Commerce Coordinator to join our Marketing Team at Sunny Health & Fitness. This is a boots-on-the-ground role — you will be deep in the work daily, from building and managing a creator ecosystem to supporting social commerce campaigns across TikTok Shop and beyond. If you're not afraid of high-volume outreach, love being in the details, and thrive in a fast-paced, direct-communication environment, this is your seat.ResponsibilitiesExecute high-volume creator and influencer outreach daily across DMs, email, and platform tools — persistence and follow-through are non-negotiableBuild and maintain creator lists, databases, and CRM records including contact info, compensation, performance tracking, and communication historyResearch, identify, and vet UGC creators and influencers aligned with brand aesthetic and campaign goalsSupport the development and management of a full creator ecosystem — from first contact to onboarding, compensation, and performance reportingSupport campaign setup, daily checks, and optimization on TikTok.Analyze weekly and monthly KPIs — engagement, reach, GMV, follower growth — and contribute to reporting for internal team meetingsSupport A/B testing initiatives and present findings back to the teamResearch trending content, creators, and platform-native strategies to keep campaigns and creator outreach relevantAssist with LIVE commerce sessions including prep, coordination, and performance tracking (experience a plus)Communicate proactively and consistently across internal teams — marketing, social, PR — and with external creators and partnersOther duties as assigned.Qualifications1–2+ years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social commerceDemonstrated ability to manage high-volume outreach and juggle multiple relationships simultaneously without dropping the ballExperience building or maintaining spreadsheets, trackers, or CRM systems for contacts, campaigns, or creator managementFamiliarity with TikTok, Instagram, and other major platforms — both as a content channel and a commerce toolProficient in Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and list managementTikTok Shop, Seller Center, or e-commerce platform experience is a strong plusExperience with Shop Ads, paid social, or any performance advertising is a bonusLIVE commerce or streaming experience is a bonusBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferredDirect, clear, and proactive communicator — you over-communicate, not underThick-skinned and solutions-oriented — you don't quit when it gets hard, you find a wayCoachable and eager to learn new platforms, tools, and strategies as the space evolvesAble to prioritize and execute across multiple projects in a fast-moving environmentNot afraid to follow up repeatedly — with creators, with internal teams, with anyone — until the task is doneBenefits:Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance: Company covers 80% for employees only.Life Insurance: Covered by the company.401k Dollar for Dollar matching up to 3%, eligible to enroll after one full year with the company. 100% fully vested.5 Sick Paid Leave7 Paid Holidays (Eligible after probation period).
