**The role is hybrid in Hackensack, New Jersey
Role Overview: The team is looking for a Social Media Managerto help shape social and creator strategies across a portfolio of beauty and skincare brands. This role is ideal for a social-first, digitally savvy marketer who understands what makes content resonate, knows how to build authentic creator relationships, and can move quickly in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in developing influencer partnerships, growing online communities, identifying cultural trends, and bringing creative ideas to life across social platforms.
Social Media Manager Responsibilities:
Partner with leadership to develop and execute social media and influencer strategies aligned with campaigns, seasonal moments, and always-on content.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop monthly content calendars and identify emerging social trends.
Leverage UGC, fan content, gifting, and experiential activations to strengthen organic social presence.
Manage and grow online communities through engagement, trend participation, and proactive outreach.
Identify and connect with brand fans, skincare professionals, and beauty creators for ongoing gifting and content opportunities.
Support paid partnerships, gifting and seeding programs, affiliate initiatives, and experiential activations.
Manage relationships with influencer agencies, talent managers, and creator platforms.
Ensure influencer content follows applicable disclosure and regulatory requirements.
Partner with cross-functional teams and media partners to amplify creator content.
Analyze campaign performance, identify insights, and recommend opportunities for optimization.
Monitor creator content and social trends to inform future campaigns and creative strategies.
Support overall influencer and consumer engagement budget tracking.
Social Media Manager Qualifications:
4-5 years of experience in social media management ideally within beauty, skincare, or consumer products.
Passionate and highly knowledgeable about social media and emerging digital trends.
Experience with influencer management platforms such as CreatorIQ or Traackr .
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat, and other major social platforms from a brand perspective.
Experience with social planning and analytics platforms such as Dash Hudson or Sprout Social.
Strong working knowledge of Excel.
Digital-first mindset with the ability to adapt brand voice across platforms.
Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to turn data and cultural insights into actionable recommendations. xzgxqkn
