They are seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team and play a critical role in shaping brand strategy, campaign execution, and team development within a fast-paced and evolving environment.
About the Role
This position will oversee and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives while also serving as a stabilizing leadership presence within a dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate brings both hands-on execution and strategic thinking , along with the ability to guide, mentor, and elevate team performance.
You will work closely with executive leadership to refine messaging, drive campaigns, and help unify a team with diverse backgrounds and working styles.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels.
Collaborate with executive leadership to refine brand positioning and storytelling.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
Provide mentorship and guidance to a growing marketing team, helping establish accountability and consistency.
Partner with internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives.
Bring structure, urgency, and clarity to a team navigating growth and evolving responsibilities.
What You Bring
5+ years of marketing experience, with a strong preference for agency background .
Proven ability to manage campaigns end-to-end while balancing multiple priorities.
Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence, coach, and hold teams accountable.
A high level of professionalism, work ethic, and emotional intelligence.
Experience in healthcare, wellness, lifestyle brands, or consumer-focused industries is a plus.
