Responsibilities:
Social Media Engagement
Work with the Social Media team to conduct daily outreach within and outside of ARO.
Share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)
Growth Strategy
Conduct background research on industry trends, audience interests, and competitor activity to pitch creative concepts, including promotions, competitions, and new platform features, that build brand awareness for upcoming campaigns.
Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring viral formats, news stories, and emerging social media tools, proactively suggesting ways to integrate them into our brand voice.
Team Communication and Participation
Maintain regular communication with your team supervisor and communicate issues as they arise.
Attend monthly company meetings (second Tuesday from 12:30-1:30pm EST).

At this time in ordinance with our BFOQ policy we are only hiring female identifying volunteers. In the near future we will be launching a male side to ARO at which point we will open up opportunities to all who are interested. You can view our BFOQ policy here
