Job description
AdviniaCare Orchard View in East Providence, RI, is seeking a compassionate Director of Social Services to lead our team and coordinate resident planning and goals.
You will oversee care conferences, develop and audit care plans, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, advocate for residents and families, and ensure privacy and compliance. A Bachelor’s degree in social work and at least one year of health-service experience are required.
