Job description
Avir Health Group is seeking a qualified Social Services Director to join our family and lead compassionate resident support in a geriatrics setting. The role focuses on emotional care for residents and coordinating admissions and referrals within our facility.
The candidate should hold a Master’s in social work, have two years of geriatric experience, hold a valid driver’s license, and meet licensure requirements. Nursing home exposure is preferred and we offer competitive benefits.
