Licensed Clinical Social Worker

What You'll Be Doing
Provide social services in a Level II Trauma Center
Conduct discharge planning and care coordination
Float between various units within the hospital
Utilize Epic for patient charting
Work collaboratively with healthcare teams
What We Need To See
Active LCSW license in Washington
Current BLS certification
At least 3 years of acute care experience
Previous travel experience
Experience in discharge planning or care coordination
Epic experience
Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd
Experience with AIDA EMR
Diverse case management experience
