LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
5x8s, Days, 8a-430p MON - FRI Holidays as needed Floating is possible pending needs for patient population. All candidates required to float across all Cone Health campuses if needed. Minimum 1 year experience required, FIRST TIME TRAVELERS - OK! Previous experience as an LCSW in a psychiatric or behavioral health setting, strongly preferred.
BLS required NC licenses required EPIC Transition of Care Department Clinical Social Workers handle disposition planning, Social Determinants of Health (SDOH), domestic violence, substance abuse and homelessness.
