Overview
As a Licensed Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and intervention for patients in an acute care setting. Your day-to-day tasks will involve assessing patient needs, coordinating care, and assisting with resources related to MediCal and Medicare. You should have experience in acute hospital care and be familiar with Cerner systems. This role is essential in ensuring patients receive the appropriate social support during their hospital stay.
