Job description
Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker
Join our team as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, specializing in care for liver transplant patients.
What You'll Be Doing
Provide psychosocial evaluations for pre/post liver transplant patients
Verify caregivers over the phone for new patients
Manage a caseload of approximately 10 new patients weekly
Collaborate with outpatient and inpatient departments as needed
What We Need To See
Active LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker) license
Minimum of 3 years of clinical social work experience
Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd

Ability to complete psychosocial evaluations
