Licensed Masters Of Social Worker (Lmsw)
Join our team as a Licensed Masters of Social Worker (LMSW) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and families at Providence Alaska Medical Center.
What You'll Be Doing
Provide psychosocial and emotional support to patients and families
Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop discharge plans
Collaborate with RN Case Managers and care teams for safe discharges
Assist with resource navigation and coordination of care
Screen for suicidality and engage in safety planning
Complete reports of harm in accordance with state statutes
What We Need To See
Active LMSW license in Alaska
Minimum of 3 years of acute care experience
Experience with Epic charting
Availability for weekend work every other week
