Job Description • Start date: ASAP • First Time Traveler: No • Ratios: 1:35 • Years of experience: 2-year acute hospital case management experience required Will be required to watch up to 2 units on the weekend and focus on discharge planning • Weekend REQ: Every other weekend. Must be available for holiday coverage • CA state license: Preferred • Pending License accepted: Yes • RTO Restrictions: No more than 7 days Hospital Highlights • Type of Facility: Acute Care Facility • Scrub Color: scrubs or business casual
