Schedule: Monday-Friday
Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week
Pay Package: Pay Rate: $71.00/HR
Gross Weekly: $2,840
Taxable Weekly: $1,280
Non-Taxable Weekly: $1,560
Requirements: Active Arizona LMSW or LCSW License
Minimum 2 years of Clinical Social Work experience
BLS Certification
